Intercooler on 00 GTP

So after buying my latest car and finding how far the gas pedal goes down  i decided i want to add some more power. Also seeing as the car only has minor mods (K&N CAI, MSD Ignition, Magnaflow Mufflers) there is definately some room for improvement. After some deliberation i decided the first mod i wanted to add was an intercooler. I have come across a couple options:

http://www.wbodystore.com/grandprix/Stage-II-Intercooler-Kit-p-100.html

this one is the least costly i have found and the bonus is that it is a complete kit

https://www.zzperformance.com/grand_prix/products1.php?id=234&catid=139

this one is from zzp and seems quite a bit more costly for what appears to be a similar product

So basically what i am asking for is your input on whether either one of these products is worse than the other or if there are other options out there. Also if for any reason i should consider doing other mods first let me know. My only other question is will the 2.25" rise create problems for fitting under my stock hood?

Any input is much appreciated!

I would go with the ZZP kit for a few reasons.

1 - its been out longer, and has had many revisions to make it near perfect. The WBS one just got re-introduced.

2 - Notice how you need to alter or upgrade your fuel rails with the WBS kit, which costs another $170. On the ZZP, well im not sure.....

3 - The ZZP kit retains stock PCV function. WBS relies on a breather.

4 - ZZP offers the phenolic upgrade which i would highly recommend. WBS does not offer this.
