JOHNREGAL
I would like to test the 3 wire temperature sender under the thermostat housing. If I unplug the cable both fans fans run, and the temperature gauge drops to cold. I see aprox 600 ohms yellow to black wires and infinitty black to green..THE GAUGE appears to be working normally. JOHNREGAL
Gas mileage has been fine...I will try putting a resistor aprox 150 ohms to see if the fans come on.The yellow and blk leads appear to be the one's that go to the ecm to control the fans..Thank you for the infoo. slick
If gas mileage has been fine, then the coolant temperature sensor is probably fine as well.
