Which cam should I go with

the first one has more lift and duration, so it should yield a little more power.

now, its listed for a 3.4, but you know it wont work in a LQ1 right? they have 4 cams.

yeah its for my 3.1. I was wondering if anyone ran into any problems with tuning with either cam.

It's talking about the 3400, not a LQ1.

The same cam will not fit a 2.8/3.1/3400.

You forget there was a 3.4 used in the camaros and such. Thats what it will fit. Those are not for the 3x00 engines.
