intern8tion9l
well last weekend i decided i would change my fuel filter, which i have never changed in the time i've owned the car. since one step forward always equals 2 steps back, the braided fuel line that comes down from the tank practically disitigrated at the fitting due to rust. basically the 2 braided supply/return lines are shot, and the vent tubes that run alongside the filler tube are in equally bad shape. are these parts that are sill available? i can't wait to deal with dropping the tank and changing everything, while battling 20 years of rust..... Brian P
They're braided? That's odd... I don't remember my '90, nor my '89 being anything but solid steel lines. If they're not available, they should be somewhat straightforward to fabricate. DORMAN Part # 55180 for example.
GutlessSupreme
Both my TGP and my TSTE had/have braided lines coming from the tank. Thankfully my the TSTE ones started leaking I was able to replace them with the TGP's...

My friend had to replace all of his that were the same rusted junk, but fabricate them.
