FastSE2DR Posted September 4, 2003 Report Posted September 4, 2003 Has anyone bought anything from street arsenal performance before? If you did what was your experience/quality. Would you recommend it? I am really serious about gettin the stage 3 heads for a turbo setup in the future Quote
Vegeta Posted September 4, 2003 Report Posted September 4, 2003 They are overpriced, and tests from the N body guys showed that their stage 2 gains were worse off than the RSM heads. Thats pretty sad IMO. Quote
FastSE2DR Posted September 5, 2003 Author Report Posted September 5, 2003 hmmm...they claim 50-60hp with stage II...I want maximum flow because i am to be puttin a turbo on this beast...I wish i could find out who flows better because RSM is definately cheaper...does theres come with full race valve job assembled? Quote
Vegeta Posted September 5, 2003 Report Posted September 5, 2003 I can do it for less if you want. Otherwise, go to a machine shop cause RSM and SA are overpriced. Oh, and 50 hp, they are smoking some laced shit cause its been proven that they don't get even close to 50 hp. Quote
FastSE2DR Posted September 5, 2003 Author Report Posted September 5, 2003 Well how good of flow and what kind of valve job? I want full bowl and what not if possible. Quote
slick Posted September 5, 2003 Report Posted September 5, 2003 How much are head jobs going for today, and im not talking bj's! Quote
musthavemuzk Posted September 5, 2003 Report Posted September 5, 2003 i guess you are not talking the dirt track on sat are you? you are talkin straight line action. would be a treat for me to see straight track action. Monty Quote
FastSE2DR Posted September 5, 2003 Author Report Posted September 5, 2003 i think im confused? but i could be confused about being confused...ok my brain is fried from the first week of school Quote
Vegeta Posted September 5, 2003 Report Posted September 5, 2003 I can have an 11 angle valve job done if you want...but thats kinda absurd. 5 angle would be fine. Full bowl blend, remove the exhaust guide from the path of flow, open up the exhaust and intake sides, match the intake gasket, combustion chamber work will depend on your needs... Decked, cleaned, plus if you want SI valves, and LS1 valve springs. Yeah, I can do all that:) Im doing a set of 3400 heads now for someone, but its an NA setup so that takes different work. PM me if you are interested. Cost depends on options. Quote
