GP4U2NV
Basicly, I wanted to see if I can inter change the 2nd gen rear spindles with the 1st gens? I know that I would have to upgrade the rear rotors and pads with the 2nd gen but, this might be a great thing anyways? I am already using 2nd gen rear spindle, trailing, and lateral links. While on the topic can I use hte 2nd gen rear suspension "cradle" mount?

Crazy K
i don't think it is known. I imagine you could swap everything with some work... though the spindle and wheel bearing might have to be match gen to gen.
GP4U2NV
I fiquired that the bearings and spindles are not interchange-able. I am just thinking I can get a complete 2nd gen rear brake system (upgrade) and install it on my 1st gen.
99RegalGS
I've compared the spindles before. The rear suspension is very similar (minus the spring). If you had coilovers in the rear I'm sure they're close enough to bolt up and work. Then you'd have to worry about the parking brake, as 2nd gen's use a drum parking brake. GP4U2NV
I am hoping that the cable from my 93 can be used in some fashion. I ma already using the 2nd gen lats, spindle rods, and trailing arm. I assume due to this that they should work. One concern I am worried about is finding a drilled and/or slotted rotor that I can put on the 2nd gen rears and 1st gen fronts. That match......
