sounds like it my be having a hard time reading your chip

 

He did the resistor mod, so that rules out it not reading the chip very well.. The actual VATS module may be going bad, which it very well could be...

Just for the heck of it I placed my car in Neutral and it started, its not supposed to do that right? It has to be in Parked for the car to start.

 

That is working as designed. Sounds like your Park/Neutral safety switch might be malfunctioning. Does it start in N every time without fail?

Well took it to my firends shop and it ended up being the starter, they tested with some kind of tool while on the car and out of 5 attempts, it clicked 2 times just like when I attempt to start it with my key. While there I am getting the suspension looked at and replace anything that is needed.

I kind of thought it might be your starter or its solenoid... That's the same thing mine did a couple months ago when it went out... Glad you got it fixed though! :high5:
