I know the engine is a little bigger... but it's not that much of a difference.... I can assure you, a 91 GP does NOT weigh 2400-2600 lbs Where did you get this information about the weights anyway? Anyhoo... prolly something to do with yours being a coupe. Heavier body/chassis? The coupe IS lighter than the sedan, asshat.

superwombat
According to this, the Lumina coupe is about 3200 lbs. This says the GP sedan is about 3300. My driver's door sticker is faded away; I don't have an exact value for my car... Possibly a misread sticker on Bolt's car? Typo? (not very likely) Asshat... great word. Bolt_Crank
the sticker on my door says 4388lbs.... :? :?: :!:
NOHC_WBody
That's GWVR. (Gross Weight Vehicle Rating) You subtract the net weight of the car from that, and that is how much shit you can carry with your car. eg. Weight of passengers carried Weight of all fuel, water, oil and equipment (tools, etc.) Weight of all after-market items installed Weight of any cargo Weight of other miscellaneous items to be carried Go take a look at the GWVR on a pickup. 'cuz, when my truck was practically empty, I weighed it, and it matched the sticker on the door... I'm getting senile in my old age I is!
