tranny interchange

hello,

 

well just wondering if a 4t60E from a 1994 cutlass convertable with a 3.4L would fit my 1997 cutlass 4door with a 3.1L? cause well i know my torque converter it toasting and well if i'm going to pull the tranny to replace my torque converter i might as well replace the tranny with 151,000 miles with one with 91,000 miles. just hoping my parts car's tranny will work.
