90TGP
What are the symptoms of a bad crank sensor? I haven't replaced mine since I've owned the car [2.5 years] and it has 113,xxx miles on it. So I thought I might as well go ahead and repalce it. Anyone have the parts number for a crank sensor? Robby1870
The easiest symptom to tell if a crank sensor is bad, is a no spark condition. The crank sensor tells the ECM when #1 is at TDC, (I think). But it does control spark. If there is no crank sensor, there is no spark Robby
bluegp
What are the symptoms of a bad crank sensor? I replaced mine about 2 years ago. The car would die (no spark) after being driven about 5 minutes. It would not start again until the engine cooled all the way down. Sorry, I couldn't find the part #. no1kicker
they're not that expensive you can get one at pep boys for like $20, they also have a replacement ECU for $100, but the core is $130. :?
