dirt_igirt Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 my car is acting stupid lol my temp gauge will sky rocket then it will drop back down to 200 and jump back up to above 260 i replaced the whole time i drive it it will flucuate. the thermostat a week ago i prolly need to bleed the air out of the system i was wondering what others thoughts were and i was wondering where a good spot to tap in for a water temp gauge. birdman Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 start car, open bleeder valve(s) and watch the bleeder until you get a solid streem of coolant and top off radaitor as needed. youll need to make sure the car gets to the thermostats opening temp or there will still be air trapped in there.
