oldscsc
Like the title says, how much oil does your car burn or leak?
Ned Flanders
Hopefully, none now that the LIM gasket is repaired. It really didn't seem to leaking much before it was fixed either. But when the plenum gasket went, that was really something!
slick
Leaks some from the Oil Pressure Sending unit. A small 3-4" puddle every month.
Night Fury
Zero. Nada. Zilch. 000. None. 100-100. -23+23. NOTHING. WEWT! I fucking love this car.
Night Fury
My 6000 on the other hand.... Never even needed an oil change between the burning and the leaking.
jake91
half quart every 1000 miles
Addicted To Boost
Zero on both of my GPs... However the TGP belched a quart or two of trans fluid onto the garage floor while I was gone Time for a new trans pan gasket!
Night Fury
Belch. I hate that word.
Addicted To Boost
Thats why I used it. It made a mess.
MonteCarloDude
Maybe 1/10 of a quart every 3 months.
MonteCarloChick
Probably a little less than 1/2 quart between oil changes
oldscsc
I'm lucky enough to have a car that doesn't leak or burn a drop of oil. The only thing it leaks is just a tad bit of coolant, just a few drops per week.
Night Fury
Mine leaks just a wee bit of trans fluid. But I'll have that fixed.
jake91
half quart every 1000 miles mine only burns this much because ive been driving it harder since gas is still low

Euro
zip. 7k mile motor ftmfw
oscar_wilde
I don't think it burns or leaks any now. It drips a bit of everything when it gets -30c, but now it doesn't.
digitaloutsider
Zero on the Regal (before it blew up, after the engine rebuild) TGP probably leaks like a sieve/burns like a BBQ. Euro doesn't burn any.
xtremerevolution
1/4 a quart every 4,000 miles. I suppose that's what one would come to expect with a 194,000 mile abused GM vehicle.
mfewtrail
My cars don't leak nor burn any discernable amount of oil at all. The oil levels always stay full during my oil change intervals. I fix any leaks as soon as I come across them, so my cars rarely have leaks. Zero on both of my GPs... However the TGP belched a quart or two of trans fluid onto the garage floor while I was gone Time for a new trans pan gasket! Sure it's the trans pan gasket? They usually don't leak other than a small drip when the bolts are loose. The stock reuseable gasket(assuming it's still on your car) rarely break or leak. ns87
Every 3,000 when I change my oil, I'm about half a quart less than what I put in. I assume some of it is in the filter, and the rest is burned off.
TIE1-ON
None, and if you are leaking oil then fix the leak. Having a puddle under your parked car is not cool.
GOT2B GM
half a litre between changes on the Cutty. None on the TGP. Have only done one oil change on the Fiero so far so I dunno on that one.
Artemis
half a litre every month on the GTP, half a litre every fill up on the 3rd Gen Camaro... (huge leak needs fixing)
Drummer
almost 3 quarts every 3000 miles. leaked that much before and after re sealing the motor and replacing the bearings, although the motor has over 200k on it and the cylinder walls still have the crosshatch mark on them.
