Captain Ficho
I've pretty much got all the kinks worked out with my LQ1 Cutlass, but there is still one quirk that I can't explain and don't see what else could be causing it. The car runs AMAZING for a 16 year old car with 130k miles, it even idles smoothly and doesn't give any trouble... except if it is idling for more than 2-3 minutes, then idle starts jumping and the engine starts shaking and it runs horribly. I don't get it, if I'm sitting at a minute long light the car idles perfectly the whole way but if it is 2 or more minutes, the engine sounds like it's having an aneurism... I've done: New cat New o2 sensor, Delco New plugs (not Bosch) EGR valve from 120k 94 GP(my old one was FUBAR anyways) Wires are only 25k old, Delcos I was told it could be my AUX post, if it is, how do I clean it? mra32
I'm trying to think what would change about a car after sitting for like 2 minutes and the only thing that isnt covered that I'm aware of is possibly a fan. Would that even happen? A fan kicking on after sitting for 2 minutes? Or is it on all the time?

Fans seem to be running perfectly.
