I'm looking for some advice with my 95 GTP, it's running a little rough and I thought some of the guys on here may have run into a similar problem before.

Here is a video of the car running -

Note - Just recently replaced the ICM/

Any help would be great

Hmmm...

Not really sure, but more thinking out loud here. Sounds like you have a massive exhaust leak under the hood there. I wonder if that could be screwing with the O2 sensor causing the mixture to be way off, and thereby causing the surging. Like I said, just thinking out loud.

I dont think he has an exhaust leak, he's got loud mufflers! I know because I helped him install the new ICM. We couldn't figure out why it was pulsing. RPMs go up and down and it dies sometimes... even while DRIVING if you let up on the gas. Could it be the MAP sensor?

Check em. A lot of people like to put Bosch Platinum plugs in, and they wonder why their car runs rough.

My 91 had that issue when I bought it

From that video it really does sound like an exhaust leak or a plugged cat, but hearing in person > listening to a video, so I'll shut up about it

Man, thats a leak between the throttle body and mass air flow. Check the hose and make sure it hasn't "folded up" under the throttle body.

^ That sounds very plausible!

well, car isn't running at all now. Just had to help Mickey push it onto a sidestreet so it doesnt get towed. Pulled out a spark plug and the metal in the spark plug wire broke off and attached itself to the spark plug. Hopefully Mickey will take a picture of the actual spark plug we took out... probably the worst spark plug i've seen. Although they were AC Delcos, i'm thinking his problems are spark plug/wire related.

Well its funny because when i replace the spark plugs in the lumina the old delcos had broke in half as well. The porcelain part with the metal rod inside just sheared off when i tried removing them. It scared the living shit out of me because i thought i couldn't get them off. Luckily the hex bold on it was still good for me to get it out with the socket. I through in the dreaded bosch's everyone hates. I haven't had any issues.

BTW the car had 54,000 when i did the plugs. I still am using the original wires and will replace them when i do the plugs again soon at 85,000 miles.
