3pt1lumina Posted January 31, 2009 Report Posted January 31, 2009 Last January I replaced my left wheelbearing on my 96 Lumina. The other day the roads were dry and I notice when I make left turns the car seems to howl a bit like the last time the wheel bearing started to go. So here's my question, is my wheelbearing going again on the left side if it is howling when I make a left turn? I can't remember which way I would turn the wheel last time when it howled. Quote
Spilly Posted January 31, 2009 Report Posted January 31, 2009 When you make a left turn the weight shifts to the right wheels, when you're making a right turn it shifts to the left. So it's howling when you make a left, check out the right sides. Quote
