L36 to L67. How hard?

I'm thinking of making my Monte Supercharged, Since there is a GTP at a local yard with everything needed, but how hard or easy is it? I know i'm going to need the supercharger, intake manifold, fuel rail, injectors, but what else would i need to make it work right? Do i need to modify the harness, or even get the ecm from the GTP? If anyone could tell me that would be awsome. Thanks

According to Milzy Motorsports, you need the following from an L67:

L67 Parts:

-Gen III Eaton M90 Supercharger w/ throttle body, free of rotor damage or coupler play

-lower intake manifold

-cylinder heads

-fuel rail w/ injectors

-valvecovers front and rear

-harmonic balancer

-idler pullies, brackets, tensioner, etc for supercharger belt system

-coil pack bracket w/ Ignition Control Module (if vehicle requires this for top swap)

-MAP sensor and bracket

-Engine Cover

Then the following are listed as getting new or from another source:

NEW AC Delco Parts and Gaskets:

-vacuum harness

-supercharger gasket

-supercharger o-rings

-lower intake gaskets

-headgaskets

-headbolts

-valvecover gaskets

-rocker bolts

-exhaust manifold gaskets

-crank bolt

-reluctor wheel (to use factory 3.29 gears)

Other Parts:

-PCM calibrated for the top swap

-3/8's and 5/16's fuel lines, clamps, and quick disconnect fittings

-swap harness to convert Non-supercharged 3800 harness to supercharged (MAP extension, boost bypass pigtail)

I think ZZP makes a top swap wiring key that you can use to modify yours. You'll need to get a custom PCM as well to handle it.

And if it's the GTP I am thinking of, it's got high miles.

yeah it's got almost 200k on it, but i decided not to get it cause there was quite a bit of play on the pully so i didn't get it, so i'll probably get it from somewhere else. Is the Reluctor wheel necessary for the swap or can i just get the pcm tuned to work with the 2.92 gears, can i even replace the wheel without swapping out crankshafts?

supercharger play is usually just the coupler, and can be replaced for around $30-50. If I were you, and still considering the whole motor, I'd grab it without the SC (they wanted to charge me $200 for the last one I bought.) Then again it's pretty high miles.

If you are thinking 3400 top end swap, I have one of those.

if you dont want to swap heads, this kit is the way to go.

That looks like a pretty good deal as far as hassle is concerned, hopefully that s/c and intake is still there let alone the car since i won't get to it until fri since there's only 3 rows left to get crushed before it goes. I should probably get the injectors also since i want a smaller pully on it and fuel pump.

Eh, I wouldn't do anything but stock at MOST with an L36 fuel pump. I've heard some people get away with it for a little while, while others run like shit because of it.
