Guys,

Anyone know part numbers for some stiffer bushings for the '95 (Monte) 7/8" rear sway bar. I've seen references on the board about Moog "blue" bushings but can't seem to find info on them anywhere.

Help a brutha out with some upgrades.

pretty sure NAPA sells moog. they're poly i'm pretty sure

I can find Moog products, just not Moog bushings for a 7/8" Monte rear bar. Can you guys supply me with part numbers?

I have access to NAPA online parts, but not on the computer I'm at. I'll have to call my dad or check this weekend and see if I can find them. Maybe you could have them cross-reference the GM part number. Have you tried that? I have the GM part number around here somewhere if you don't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately, my current schedule doesn't leave me alot of time for researching this stuff on my own.

this is the GM part number I used: 10270253

the regular napaonline doesn't list the moog part. maybe it's CarQuest that carries that line. I can also look parts up from them, but again not right now.

Ken has the part numbers for the Moog ones... PM him or maybe he will post here with them

there you go...even better.

Doesn't ES sell universal 7/8" bushings? I know I bought 4 of them for my rear ADDCO bar.

yes, but they work on the outside

when i did my addco bar, i just went for the rubber 7/8" MC ones. I would just get the ES ones for the outer (have to drill the mounting holes out) and use the regular GM ones for the inners. hopefully, you can find the moog poly ones, though. I had a set, but they were for the front bar.

I'm thinking of using an Energy Suspension part# (3.5111) for 67-81 Camaros with a 7/8" rear bar. I may have to modify my bracketry a little, but eveything comes in the package. Too bad everyone has it on back order.

never seen that so IDK how it would work. You could just get the universal ES 7/8" and grind the poly insert down to fit in your old brackets.

TIP: i did not use the 7/8 bar I got. a member took it off my hands. BUT... when I upgraded the rear bar on more than one of my cars, the original rubber bushings from the next size down bar worked fine. slip em on with a little silicone grease and smash them tight.
