Dark Ride
I've always been partial to the 3800's. I can see why putting an L67 would ruin it, but the other difference with mine would be the amount of displacement and the angle of the V. Oh, and horsepower! I think you should keep a LG5 in there, but thats just my opinion. 3800 sound like ass anyway TGP without LG5 isn't a real TGP anymore IMO Agreed! My GTP sounds pretty good with the SLP exhaust on there. Shannon (the guy who owned it before me) didn't wack the converter when he put it on there though. mfewtrail
I really don't care what you put in your car when it comes down to it. If the 3.1 runs now, I would use it was all I was saying. Even if it has a ton of miles on it, 3.1's last forever. Change the headgaskets, etc. on and it you're good to go. Josh(TwinTurboSedan) turbocharged a 3.1 with well over 200,000 miles on it and it's still running a few years later and with more miles on it. It put down more power than 98% of TGP owners have made to boot. Besides that, there are a few TGP's around here with 260,000+ miles that still make as much power as a lower mileage TGP with the same chip.
