I'm sure it's easy as hell, I just wanna double check before I start dicking around with the injectors. TIA

You just have to remove the "Injector Sight Shield", and the "Fuel Rail" before you can remove one or more injectors...once those two things are removed you just take the clips holding them in off...

The following is from AllData for removing the FUEL RAIL:

1) Remove the injector sight shield.

2) Bleed the fuel pressure from the fuel system.

3) Clean the fuel rail assembly and connections.

4) Remove the fuel feed (1) and return (2) pipes from the fuel rail tubes by squeezing tabs and pulling the lines apart.

5) Remove the vacuum line from the pressure regulator.

6) Remove the vacuum line from the throttle body.

7) Remove the ignition coil wires.

8) Remove the injector electrical connectors.

9) Remove the fuel rail hold-down bolts.

10) Remove the fuel rail with equal force on both sides of the fuel rail.

I don't have that engine, so I have no idea whether there's some short-cut or "work around"...

OK, that list of stuff is rediculous, there is so much crap there that is unneeded it isn't even funny. To remove the fuel rails you need to:

1) Remove Engine Cover (sight shield, whatever)

2) Bleed the pressure from the fuel rails (the pressure release should be very easy to find)

3) Remove anything (or move it out of the way) that may run along top of the rails (possibly ignitions wires, probably not though) and anything that is going to prevent it from being pulled up.

4) Remove the 4 bolts (I am pretty sure it is 4) from the intake manifold that hold it on.

5) Remove the electrical plug from the injector(s) you want to remove.

6) Grab ahold of the fuel rail and pull up until it comes loose.

I have done this 2 times with no difficulty. We now have PRJ fuel rails on the GTP, so it is much easier (nothing has to be removed...just 2 bolts on the front 3 injectors and 2 bolts on the rear 3), but that is how you do it with the stock rail.

Hope that helps.
