haywire4130
i looked everywhere for "super-white" sealed beam headlights for my girl's 92 grand prix (cutlasses use the same lights). the only ones i could find were the cheesy "cool blue" ones at autozone. well, i ended up making my own. all you do is take the stock lights and heat around the bulb with a heat gun, then twist the bulb out with some pliers. then get some good quality bulbs (9006 for lo beam, 9005 for hi, the plugs are the same as the stock lights!) then clean the housing and bulbs with alcohol, then epoxy (i use jb weld) the new bulbs in the glass housing. make sure to note which way the plug faces before taking them apart. that's it, i did this 3 months ago, and no problems at all! they look killer!
