Water collecting in front and rear passenger footwells?

A recent problem, no water in the trunk but after a rain the amount in both passenger footwells is substantial. Anyone else with a first generation sedan experience this? All weaterstripping appears okay and it's bone dry on the driver's side. At first i thought maybe it could've been a heater core leak, but if it gets a few degrees below freezing the water freezes solid so obviously there's no antifreeze in it. I'm stumped!

My Euro 3.4 has developed this problem BAD currently I have a severely damaged windshield to blame. however once it gets replaced I have a feeling I'll still have chasing of leaks to do.

Dang it, it has to be my windshield seal- thanks guys... i wouldn't have pegged it as the source but it is cracked in the upper right corner and there's a little milky discolouration at the edge of the windshield by the A pillar edge. Time to slap another cheap crappy Chinese windshield on, this one lasted almost seven years, lol

Hey now lets keep the racial name calling of parts on the low. LOL! I'm asian. Yeah I know I should be driving an import but I like my GM vehicles. Just so you know I didn't take any offense to that comment. Trust me I make fun of a lot of stuff if its not made in the USA! LOL!

?! Racial name calling of parts? No my last windshield was literally a cheap crappy windshield from China that cost only $125 and not as thick as a name brand PPG one costing more than double the price. I didn't think there was room there for misunderstanding but oh well...
