A.I.R. Pump? Can't tell from the pic, but I'd assume that's what it is.

For location reference, that is the timing belt cover above it... And the coolant reservoir (kinda obvious tho)

Nope. 3.4's A.I.R. set-up is electronic.

 

That's the waterpump.

hmm... i wonder why they took the belt off of it?

 

The belt is on the bottom. The smooth part spins it, it spins counterclockwise.

He made it seem the belt was off....my bad.

 

thats cause i thought it was... i didnt realize it went underneath

He prolly is used to the 2.8/3.1L that do actually have an air pump, but even at that, they look nothing like that

 

just didnt realize the LQ1 has an electic air pump
