92turboLE Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 Does anyone know if the rear leather seats from a 94 Cutlass will bolt into a 92 Grand prix??? I know the fronts should, but what about the rears??? - Justin Quote
92turboLE Posted August 18, 2003 Author Report Posted August 18, 2003 CORECTION - the seats are out of a 95 cutlass, do they still apply??? - Justin Quote
Robby1870 Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 I would assume so. Any seats from any Gen I W are interchangeable as well as Gen 1.5 Montes Robby Quote
Dannymik Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 Yes they will...I have a '95 Cutlass and I put '94 leather seats in mine! Quote
92turboLE Posted August 19, 2003 Author Report Posted August 19, 2003 Your plug is on it's way. ???? Quote
Dannymik Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 I would like to get the plug today, because I have the time to install it! Quote
supreme_style21 Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 Does it make a difference if it's out of a 2door? Quote
RomeoZ34 Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 I wouldn't think so. I imagine GM woulda saved themselves some money and used they same latch in seat mechanism for 2 and 4 doors. Quote
92turboLE Posted August 19, 2003 Author Report Posted August 19, 2003 although on that note... i doubt that they are... GM isnt the brightest. They really dont think anything through, its more of a "It works, ship it" kinda mentality with them. there is so much poorly designed crap on our cars. lolz - Justin Quote
supreme_style21 Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 Yeah I'm almost willing to bet the rear seats are different. I know in my 4 door, the rear seat side is just straight.. on my 2-door, the side of the rear seat has like a notch in it to fit the armrest. Quote
92turboLE Posted August 19, 2003 Author Report Posted August 19, 2003 easy fix on the notch. i plan on doing custom sound anyway. i'll put speakers in the doors that will fill in the notch... or something... - Justin Quote
