Timm Posted November 14, 2008 Report Share Posted November 14, 2008 I'm doing a LED interior light conversion. I can get the I/P ALMOST all the way out, BUT the shifter cable holds it on! How do I remove the shifter cable? Also, With the drivers side window controller, HOW DO I OPEN IT! It's all just a giant rectangle! :-S Thanks! Timm Posted November 15, 2008 Author Report Share Posted November 15, 2008 Well I already have the 5 stock lights out, and soldered 2 LEDs into each light "hole". But I wanted to try to see if I could get the needles to be a different colour. It's all put back in right now. PICTURES! I bought 100 3mm Blue LEDs with resistors for 13.2volts. I think the eBay username was Asia Engineer, they have a VERY bad viewing angle, and direct most of the light within maybe 30*. :-/ EDIT Also took out my ABS light... I KNOW I don't have ABS. I have the same problem with the narrow angle, I have found ways around it for the most part. I didnt find any wide angle ones so I got the same LEDs he did..
