how do i pull fuel rails off a 3.1?

recently purchased a 95 SE to part out and cant seem to get the injectors detached from the fuel rail detached from the manifold (read: im not an idiot, i realize my car is a 94 with the 3.4 DOHC, but the question is about the 3.1).

Take the four nuts out holding the rails to the FPR...

Then you just have to wiggle and jiggle and use some elbow grease to get them out... do one rail at a time.

I just undo the bolts as mentioned above, then pull them out. Honestly though, I'd pull the injectors with the rails at the same time, then pull them off the rails later.

Well one part you weren't clear about. You don't call it elbow grease. You call it elbow lube.
