hoodilio Posted August 18, 2003 Report Share Posted August 18, 2003 OK, this might be a stupid question, but i have my trunk lid and the entire Dynamated, and i would like to cover the underside of the trunk lid with carpet, i have seen it done before in a lot a cars, but i don;t know exactly how to go about doing it. 91GranSport Posted August 18, 2003 Report Share Posted August 18, 2003 You don't need duct tape or carpet tape. Use 3M carpet adhesive. You can also purchase different types of sound insulation from Dynamat. They have some self-adhesive Dynamat, spray-on Dynamat and Dynamat that you use a heat-gun to mold into different shapes.
