Splash guards on my GP.....got the part number

I know, they aren't popular w/ some members, but I like them because they protect the paint.

I can get them currently at a local dealer, but they are NOT the right size.....they are TOO wide....they are made for the 97+ GP's.

I finally found my receipt w/ the part number on it of the smaller version that fits the Gen 1 GP B4U kits which is NOT carried by any of my local dealers.  and is VERY hard to find these.

This post is mostly for reference.

I had a set on my TGP for a while that I bought on Ebay. I don't remember the brand offhand. They looked just like yours, except the PONTIAC writing was chrome.

I saw a set that said lumina on a car in the j/y. I wanted them, but didnt have any money. Being poor really limits you. I think I'd get some universal ones and rock those too.

I just remembered that I put them on my old 5-speed when I had it..

Wide enough to work well, yet narrow enough to fit on the non-B4U GP.

They honestly don't look bad IMO, the only thing is I think the PONTIAC takes away from the rest of the car.

I can understand wanting to protect to the paint, but mudflaps seem like one of those granny things that detract from the car while their on. Sort of like how old people cover their couches is plastic...it protects it for years, but it looks stupid.

I like these because they are form fitting and not just stiff pieces of plastic

How do they attach? For most, the whole protecting the paint thing kind of gets fizzled out because of the drilling into the bumper that is usually required.
