meltboy1
http://utica.craigslist.org/pts/889745710.html I sent the guy an email and he said someone interested is supposed to come this week, I told him I will be there tomorrow cash in hand for em, still waiting to hear back. I just wanted an opinion on these if anyone has experience with them, they look like really good tires.
slick
They'll be alright. Don't expect anything awesome out of them, but good for the price.
meltboy1
I don't expect anything awsome, I just need some tread for the winter, my tires are bald as shit.
Brian P
meh, I think they're worth more like $150. Dayton tires are cheap even when new. (They MIGHT have been $60-70)
kwk39018
There ok, not the best all season tires, for use in winter.
Regal_GS_1989
I know a lot of people really don't like hearing this but If your looking for better tires for winter, than seriously consider a set of Winter tires. I know a lot of people here say that they can make due with all seasons, or that they've never had a problem. Being that your from NY, i'd assume that you guys do get your fair share of winter up there, and winter tires would be your best bet.Chances are you could find a pretty decent set for around the same price as the all seasons you've found. I've driven with both all season and winter and there is absolutely no comparison between the 2.
Addicted To Boost
The Dunlops currently on the front end of the car worked great last winter when I had the car in Minnesota. They were $70 per tire. They did wear out pretty quick though.. it took me probably 5,000 miles before they started to wear down pretty good. That is probably my bad though! 5-speeds are fun!
