Hello,

Between the RPO codes in my 1997 Lumina LTZ is the RPO code Z7E

I can't find what that is. Does anyone know what that is?

A lot of RPO codes starting with Z7* have the discription: model conversion "brand & model"

forward thanking,

Jeffrey

The color of my car is medium dark lichen.

RPO code 47U.

It looks dark gray, but when there is a dark gray car next to it... you see a little green in the grey color.

I like the color a lot. And I have a beige interior, that's my favorite color.

bye, Jeffrey

I don't think I've seen your color Jeffrey!  The pewter color we're all talking about is much lighter, this color...

1LoudCutty's car is that color...

I don't think so, I think his is darker. Like the OP's LTZ

That's what I was saying, Bob's is the same color as the OP. I guess it looked like I meant the picture...

I thought 97 LTZs got LQ1

96 was the last year for the LQ1.

FAIL. 97 was the last year. I have seen lq1 97 MCs... but an LTZ without?!?!?!??!

The 97 just got the 3100... AFAIK, the 3.4 was not an option in the LTZ...

Hm... Apparently the 3.4 was an option on the LTZ's... I've just never seen one...

im only assuming this because in 98 and 99 they got the L36. and i know the LQ1 survived till 97. and i know 97 and older Z34s got the LQ1, so that must mean a 97 or older LTZ mustve gotten it. unless it was an LTZ only option

The base engine on the LTZ in 97 (the first year of the LTZ) was the 3100, and from what I've been researching, the 3.4 was an option... Then for 98 and 99 the L36 was the only available engine for the LTZ...
