I still have the video of the whole repair, but I guess I just got sick & tired of the POS. All I can tell you is the same thing the shop manual says, its either the pump or something straining the pump. but sure sounds easier to just change it. Let me know what you find, I'll just fix mine up and sell it. Quote

If I were pulling the trans to replace the pump, I would tear the entire thing down and replace parts as necessary. It'd be a pain in the ass to pull it for just a pump and THEN find out you have other issues. Quote

My 90 TSTE in white needs the clutch band. This is one is one of the pair i bought from Dayton, OH a while back. Drove ok till halfway home and then wooo! Trans issues lol go figure. Well i got them cheap so i don't care. Was gonna make this one the DD but yeah another project go figure. Quote
