AWeb80 Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 I had this amp in the GP a couple years back. It made a pop noise one day and quit working. I took it to a local Audio/TV repair shop (reputable) and they contacted Infinity for a service manual and the factory had none....or knew how to fix the amp. I was a little confused by this and very skeptical. Is this still worth anything? Can it be fixed? I LOVED how it sounded on my old set up for what it was. Thanks in advance for any input/advice Quote
kwk39018 Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 sounds like it a cool new paper wait. Quote
slick Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 Did they say what had fried? I may know a place that can fix it, if your willing to spend the dough. Quote
TGP5sp90 Posted November 26, 2008 Report Posted November 26, 2008 I used to fix amps when I worked for a Electronic repair Center, and first off they don't build them like they used too. The money that it would take to fix it, maybe very close to price of a new one. But if your so determine to fix this particular one, please take it to a repetable service center. Usely asking places like circuit city or Best buys for your closeset repair centers. Quote
