daytonboi
Well got a 96 lumina and was wondering if i could change the key cylinders to use a single double sided key...every car i've had has had this feature and i really don't want to have to fool with two separate keys. Crazy K
uh.... PROBLEM! I looked at this in a 94ish skylark... it had the double sided key, but it used a regular door/trunk key for everything else. Still 2 Keys.

Pontiac6KSTEAWD
Do you really want a single key car? If so, you just have to find a year/car that has the same groove set door lock, as your ignition cylinder key. Then get the door lock rekeyed to your ignition lock, and install. Hopefully it will be from a W body, so you can also get the weird style trunk lock. The 9C1 Caprices had this, the door/trunk key also started the car. You must mean the physical design of the Pontiac trunk key cylinder? that has a square block instead of a flat metal bar on the back? the other W models have normal GM trunk locks.
