Radiator/spark plug wires

I noticed about a week ago that my car would drip coolant after it was shut off. The rad. was wet under the upper radiator hose. Now, on my way to Autozone to get a new upper, the T fitting for the coolant flush on the heater hose burst, sending antifreeze all over my motor and white smoke everywhere. First question, what the hell caused that? The guy at Autozone said it was probably just old and brittle.

Anyways, I replaced the fitting, and the upper hose. It's still leaking, and still wet in the same spot, my conclusion is the radiator. If anyone else has an idea let me know. Pleeease.

So, I decided i'd pull the rad out and look at it. When I went to pull the passenger side fan off, in the process of pulling it out I slit a whole right in the insulation of one of the s/p wires. So now it has an intermittant miss. Just ordered a set of Bosch wires from Rock Auto, $21 shipped!

Kay so my main question is where do yall think that leak is coming from? I didn't bother pulling the whole rad out in the end.

That side of the radiator is leaking at the tank.

That's what the problem was with my radiator replace it or get it rebuilt. The replacement one I got is smaller and the way the fans mount absolutely suck ass.
