are you changing all of them or just some??

if your doing all i dont think it matters

bank 1 should be the front of the car and bank 2 sould be by the firewall

sensors (from what i have seen. not on this car) work from the engine and back so sen.1 bank 1 would be the closest to the manifold in the front sen.2 bank2 should be farther down and that goes same for the back side.

ANYBODY IF IM WRONG DONT HESITATE TO CALL ME STUPID

Bank 1 sensor 1-odd bank of cylinders (i.e. 1,3,5) before catalytic convertor. Bank 1 sensor 2 after catalytic convertor. Bank 2 same for even bank of cylinders.

So bank 2 sensor 2 would be even side of engine (2,4,6) after the convertor.

There is 1 upstream sensor on that car. It's on the rear manifold. There is also a downstream one after the cat. If the car doesn't have a ton of miles or isn't throwing a code for it I would just replace the upstream sensor.
