The 3x00s tend to be able to be without it since the IAC and PCM can respond quickly enough to hold idle when the PS system loads down the engine. Thats why the racks have a PS pressure switch on them.. All of them do, but normally only the 94 and downs have them connect to actually serve a purpose Quote

The idle assist is not magnasteer, who ever said that is wrong. Magnasteer is extra assist that makes the steering easier to move and more responsive, it works in parking lots and highway speeds.
