GrandPrix34
i am gonna buy a stock front and rear manifold for the DOHC. Someone, i believe it was Vegeta who had the perfect sizing for the pipes. I spoke to a local muffler gyu and he said to take him some stockers and the sizing and he will mandrel bent them in place. He even hash the engine puller thingy to custom fit them? wat would i need?
RomeoZ34
Do you have an auto? If so, good luck, and make me a pair while your at it. I'll pay ya =) I know John (Veruth I think), aka KickingZ made some for his 5-speed. Might try to get ahold of him.
slick
The thing about making headers is the fact that all the header pipes off the engine have to be the same length (i forget the exact reasoning). The diameter of the pipe has to be a certain size to be able to push out the air, yet not letting soo much air out that its losing power. Also the fact that this is a FWD V6 car, this will be fun making these just right. But hey, if it works, PM me, and im buying a set.
GrandPrix34
http://fiero.cc/fiero-tdc/members/mws/headers/ i still need to buy the ehaust manifolds.... i was wondering if i put 97 stock headers on my 93, if there would be any gains at all seeing as how the 94+ gained horsepower. How bout intake wise, if i put a 95 lower intake would that help at all?

Vegeta
1 5/8 diameter unless you plan on over 285 hp, then its 1 3/4. Length is something I have forgotten but I know it was quite long. Probably going to have to use whatever he can fit on an auto car. stock 97 wont match a stock 94 head, because the port shape changed a lot.
