Caddy auto dim, compass mirror help

I have this mirror I am installing in my GTP and I have searched without finding what I need.

It has:

2 pink wires

1 black wire

1 green wire

1 gray wire

 

What are they and where do they go?

Are all of them used?

I think the mirror came out of a 93-95 DeVille?!?

Pin 1 (should be pink) is switched hot

 

Pin 2 (should be green?) goes to the reverse light switch, doesn't have to be hooked up apparently

 

and pin 3 is ground (black)

 

The others go to the side mirrors on the Cadillac...

OK, my pins go like this:

1- pink

2-black

3-green

4- gray

5-pink

 

So if I go by your colors, I only need to run power (switched) to the #1 pink, and my #2 black, to ground, and both the auto dim AND compass will be powered up when the key is on?

 

Sorry to repeat, I'm just wanting to be clear on this before I start running wires.
