It has: 2 pink wires 1 black wire 1 green wire 1 gray wire What are they and where do they go? Are all of them used? Thanks so much for any help. I think the mirror came out of a 93-95 DeVille?!? ManicMechanic Posted September 9, 2008 Report Share Posted September 9, 2008 Pin 1 (should be pink) is switched hot Pin 2 (should be green?) goes to the reverse light switch, doesn't have to be hooked up apparently and pin 3 is ground (black) The others go to the side mirrors on the Cadillac... OK, my pins go like this: 1- pink 2-black 3-green 4- gray 5-pink So if I go by your colors, I only need to run power (switched) to the #1 pink, and my #2 black, to ground, and both the auto dim AND compass will be powered up when the key is on?
