w-bodys_are_the_best
I looked on the front page for info, but apparently that info disappeared. What year did they offer the 3.4 in the 1.5g Lumina? was it 95-97, seeems that's what I remember.

w-bodys_are_the_best
Ok, that's what I thought, thanks. I am trying to find one or maybe a Monte Carlo, for some reason I want a DD with an LQ1, even if I get my 91 done before winter, it's getting stored. w-bodys_are_the_best
If I could find a nice Z34 with a bad t-belt for say $500 with leather, I'd pick that up in a heart beat, granted I can make sure no valve damage has occured. I have a brand new Gates timing belt kit sitting in my closet for the 91, but another can always be ordered I wouldn't mind a CS vert, as long as the top was fairly new, but a vert as a dd would suck, especially in the winter. BTW, never posted this, but this is from work, those Sangiacomo machines I work on that are made in Italy come with Gates belts This is the timing/drive belt on the dialpad (dialpad makes the turnwelt(look at your socks, the very top part that is turned to the inside and knit to the sock making the top "band" that's a turnwelt)) If the timing is off by a few hundreths of an inch, no turnwelt, and very possibly tore up parts. If a Gates belt is good enough for that much percision on a $30k machine they're good enough for my LQ1. Gates PowerGrip HTD crappy pic, but it says gate, you can take my word on it.
