CutLoose
Hi, my 93 vert has FE3 susp but handles poorly with excessive roll IMO, I have put leaf spring pads from NAPA on it, and it has 225 60 16 tires. The oe struts are still in place at 180K, and none leak. would KYB's help more with the roll than ES sway bar bushings?
Crazy K
Probably!!!! do it anyhow. and put NEW bushings on at the top.
kwk39018
Any work to that old of a suspension would be a step in the wright direction.Replace all the upper mounts while you have the chance.
Cutlass350
Struts and shocks have minimal effect on roll. Struts/shocks will reduce the amount of "instant" roll/dip. But, after ~0.1-> ~0.5sec, the strut/shock has done it's job. So, it's up to the swaybar and springs at that point. To reduce roll, go with new swaybar bushings. If you can, go with poly bushings. Crazy K
I agree... but struts are where to start. Swaybar upgrade might be a good next step.

Out transverse springs also act as a sway bar!! I bet the spring is weak. They just about all are after all these years
