Buick Regal 2001 Rear speaker installation

Hey, my 6x9's blew. I have the Buick Regal 2001 with the factory upgrade monsoon sound system. I have purchased the JBL p953 6x9's.

 

I looked at the guide posted:

It's helpful but my setup is different because I have the fold down rear seats. I was just wondering if anyone here on the forum has replaced their 6x9's and could help me out.

those instructions are still applicable. the hardest part is removing the rear seat back rest. its just big and awkward. lift up 2-3 inches then pull out.

Yep, you still have to remove the rear seat.
