JBC2005
Just finished changing out the LIM gaskets on the 94. What a mess! Whole job took about 8 hours, but that includes cleaning everything. Pics included.

JBC2005
Wanted Permadry gaskets, but would have had to order them. The gaskets needed to be replaced now, and I couldn't wait.
Crazy K
are you going to use green and not dexcool in the car? IMO dexcool eroded the plastic gaskets faster than green antifreeze...
Canada
Another green verses DexCool debate?

JBC2005
The car originally had green coolant, so that's what I was planning on using. Local Canadian Tire had a sale on long-life anitfreeze (NOT Dexcool - this stuff is clear), read the label when I got back to my shop and it can be mixed with either green or Dexcool, so I flushed the system and filled it with the clear stuff! Tested the coolant, and it's good for -37.5 C! My 96 GP calls for Dexcool, but when the engine was replaced, it was filled with green. The 94 now works like a champ! The only problem is when the overdrive kicks in, it flutters. I need a pinout of the harness feeding the PWM solenoid in the trans. Anyone have one?
