Problems with new Cold air intake

Hello. I have a problem with the electronic climate control. Yesterday I installed a cold air intake I got from ebay. All went fine. But after I installed it my electronic climate control dont blow on max anymore. Coincidence I assume??? I knew from this webpage how to check for an error code from the ECC so I tried to read one out and it actually returned one: 109. I am afraid I might have pulled an electric connection off or maybe a vacuum hose when I installed the cold air intake. Does anybody know what that error code means??? Car is a Cutlass supreme 1992 3.4L. Also it seems that the kickdown from the transmission dont change gears down anymore. Normal driving gears change fine. Also because of vacuum leak maybe? Any help is appreciated.

Is there a vacuum hose running down to the transmission? I see no problems from the top. I guess I have to get under the car??

In my car (96 Regal, 3800 SeriesII) I have a vacuum line from the front/top of my transmission to the throttle body. It's right under the air filter box.

yes, I know about that one. That one is ok. I am worried about a hose on a t-connector behind the engine at the firewall? One hose runs down and I dont know where to.
