Removing headrests from seats

I need to swap over the seat belts guides from my old seats to the new ones since they are from a 94. I tried pulling as hard as possible but no luck. I know they come off, but cant remember any tricks to do so. Any help is appreciated.

Pull up on the headrest in a quick motion. They usually come out the second or third time.
