stock specs for cam in 3.1L?

hey im just looking at what kind of lift/duration the stock cam has in the 3.1. if noone buys my phantom by the time i sell my lawn mower, im keeping it, painting it and putting a new motor in it. one of the things i would put in the new motor would be the biggest cam possible. and of course i would replace the bearings & rings, i dont know about pistons unless i get the motor from the junkyard and its completely tore up inside. anything else i should look at to get it back to 'like new' condition? im going for a NA 3.1 and i want to boost the compression as much as possible by not spending the most money, ill only have 1000 to work with minus 350 for the motor itself. a cam from GMpartdirect.com is like 130 bucks for the off road high performance one rings and bearings shouldnt be TOO epensive? should they? any other suggestions for power? heres a list of what im NOT going to do, just to save you the effort of saying it:

 

NOT going to swap the heads/intake from a 3100

NOT going to put a TGP engine in it

NOT going to squeeze juice (nos)

NOT going to spend more money than i have to!

 

so? anyone got the stock cam specs for a 3.1? and any reasonable suggestions are welcome

intake .394 lift, 276 duration exhaust .410 lift, 293 duration

 

Those lifts are with the 1.5 rocker ratio, and the durations are the ADVERTISED durations not the durations at .050" lift

sweet, thanks. i know for sure im putting a cam in, FFP chip, FFP underdrive pulley and a bigger throttle body, anything else?
