LuminaPower92 Posted July 30, 2008 Report Posted July 30, 2008 Im replacing the engine in my 94 CSC. Its a 3.4 that had a rod bearing give out. Anyways I got this other engine but turns out it does not have the camshaft position sensor on top of the left (front) valve over. So I was thinking of just swapping the cam carriers over. Funny the other engine Im swapping over, must be an older one because my 93 Z doesnt have it either. Asked the parts guys, Aparantly 94-95 did have it. It the same numbers on the carriers, but one just dont have the hole. Think it would be cool. I know I gotta make sure the timing is right when i take the belt off the engine i got. Quote
