BIGBULS Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 It doesnt hurt the transmission... It's a good way to try and break axles though Quote
RedGTP Posted July 31, 2008 Author Report Posted July 31, 2008 It's a good way to try and break axles though they was brand news each (rebuilt with some HD goddies), Drag racer take this axel with 500hp +.. with my little 210hp .. I'm not affraid to hurt my axels Quote
BIGBULS Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 Actually, I've done the same and worse to my completely stock 18 year old axles (on MY 5 speed GP). I HAVE broken a bunch on my other cars doing similar stuff though............ Quote
RedGTP Posted July 31, 2008 Author Report Posted July 31, 2008 lol ok, anyway ... it's rare I beat my car like that .... Quote

Andrew Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 those dynomax mufflers sound great! are they just the cheapo super turbo's ?? Quote
RedGTP Posted August 1, 2008 Author Report Posted August 1, 2008 to make this burn I clutch only at 3000rpm.. when the gear is 'ready' I put the gas ... It's a dynomax super turbo, yes .. if I remember it's $150 CAN each .. last 4years ... Quote
Artemis Posted August 1, 2008 Report Posted August 1, 2008 What is that black dome thing? I took mine out when I was installing my CAI, the hose going to it was broken everywhere and I figured it wasn't too important. Quote
gpchris Posted August 1, 2008 Report Posted August 1, 2008 Its a vacuum tank for your hvac. It stores vacuum for the hvac system for when your engine isnt creating enough. I would put it back in... Quote
