Captain Ficho
I've been fighting with this goddamn code since November when I bought the car. I've done about 15,000 miles since then. For those not in the know, code 32 is the EGR/vacuum leak code. First thing I did was check the vacuum lines, no leaks. Coincidentally I cleaned the throttle body a few days after and it went away. I didn't get the code for about 2-3,000 miles. Then the check light started coming on again... you guessed it, code 32. So I cleaned the throttle body again, it worked last time, right? Well, it worked again for another 2-3,000 miles. Then it started again coming on again, so I moved onto the next thing that my handy Haynes manual suggested, the EGR valve. I took it apart and cleaned up everything with carb cleaner, got it looking all nice then put it back together. This time it worked for about 7-8,000 miles and a few days ago the check light started coming on again, code 32. Oh and the check light only comes on when I drive at highway speed and then start decelerating. I'm getting fed up with this, what's next? ManicMechanic
Sounds like you need to try another EGR valve.

GOT2B GM
We have fairly strict emissions standards in Ontario though.
slick
Clean the EGR passage in the intake manifold. x2 x2349723 This will always cause a problem. A new gasket is less than $5, use some carb cleaner and spray it down there, and try to find a flexible wire tipped brush to work down in there (or pipe cleaners work also http://www.jwodcatalog.com/imgLg/9920002929946.jpg).
