Broke rocker arm bolt... What do I do?

That's what I get for buying a cheap piece of shit torque wrench from Harbor Freight. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!!!

 

Anyways. I am hoping I can get the broken piece out of the head with a bolt remover. Now, where do I get a rocker arm assembly? Is that something I can just get from a junk yard? I don't see anything like that at Parts America. There are some $200+ sets but that doesn't look like what I need...

getting the bolt out tho... prob not gunna happen... ull prob be better off i would say drilling it out... u might have to take the head off tho

if u cant get the bolt out get a 3100 head out of a yard....there are endless supplies of 3100s in every yard
