EviLette Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 i've always likes spokes, but they are a MF'er to clean Acid wheel cleaner FTMFW. I love chromies. But those.. ick. Quote
alphagtp Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 it is only a matter of taste, I personally wont get some of that kind but I've seen some cars that look very cool with them edit, I dont like the look of that specific car and wheel combo, but I like the wheels... Quote
jeremy Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 <----thought that this was going to be another x-lace thread Quote
Lumineer Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 Those rims were repulsive! They made that car look bad. Not only that, I hate the whole chrome trend anymore anyway (ironically, though, I bought chromies for my R/C truck.....but they were beastly). Quote
LuminaPower92 Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 i want a set of 20 inch wires 150 spoke or so for my 90 fleetwood brougham. Quote

dbtk2 Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 The rims aren't bad, they are just on the wrong car. They look like shit on there, but put them on like a late 80's Lincoln Town Car and they would be pretty badass. Quote
Brian P Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 I'd dip the car in acid wash before the rims... Sulfuric acid wash.... lead acid wash... Quote
Guest GrandPrixlover1 Posted August 7, 2008 Report Posted August 7, 2008 <----thought that this was going to be another x-lace thread Hey, don't you be cuttin on x-laces....I love every bit of my shiny 16 inch x-laces. Quote
Psych0matt Posted August 7, 2008 Report Posted August 7, 2008 So, I either saw that car today, or it's identical twin! of course it's the one time I leave my phone behind. I think its someone that works at that Red Robin, so I'll check if I'm out tomorrow. Quote
Hal H Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 those rims would be right at home in Oakland, CA! or even Richmond, CA. See lots of examples there. Next are the 24" to 26" monstrosities on these jacked up 90's Caprices, followed by 20" chromes on Buick Regal sedans (usually in Burgundy Metallic) Quote
Addicted to eaton Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Most people that roll rim's have pickup's around here lol. Quote
