Addicted to eaton
I'm going to do my First mod. Farnsworth (on a local forum) Is going to Build a FWI for me. The build pretty much is a 9" K&N cone filter, clamped to a 4" 45* bent piece of diesel exhaust pipe that will be power coated green. then there will be two 4" to 3" reducer couplers that are for a charge cooler (turbo inter cooler) for a diesel truck. They are called "hump hose" connectors. Clamps will all be stainless steel. And he will make me one for 135$ or 110$ non power coated and just chrome or just plane steal. So is this a good starting point for a first “mod†will it give me a noticeable increase of power? If not I still wan’t the sound lol. here are some picture he sent me of his. CSI_MuNkY
Honestly, you could buy all those parts on ebay for a fraction of the cost... The only part that might be harder to find is the 4" 45* bend, but find a local exhaust shop and I bet they could get it for you, maybe even in polished stainless.
